The Walk

Exhausted! Well, Milky is anyway... today she had the walk of her life. I don't think Milky could quite believe what she was seeing - about 16 other boxer dogs ( you try counting dogs who are running, jumping and cavorting all over the countryside? ) going for a 2 hour walk.

Each month 'Boxer Welfare Scotland' charity hold a boxer dog walk from the Falkirk Wheel.

I found out about this walk through Claire, a member of a boxer dog group on flickr and just knew I had to take Milky along. There were 4 other white boxers in the group and all chaos erupted as they were let off the lead and could run wild.

I was worried Milky would be overwhelmed with all the other boxers but she seemed to be in her element. I had to make sure I took the right dog home with me.

She wins hands down. LOVED the pictures! I love her wrinkly face all schooched up with that "Who me?" expression. God, I want a dog so bad. I can barely take care of myself, and I can't have one anyway in my building, but I miss having one. *sighs* I am glad you had fun!

That black and white face shot is...it's just great. Fine work. Glad you and Milky got out amongst the other boxers!
